fast, starting tomorrow.

i am going to aim for mostly water and green tea, to cleanse my system. i have literally gained 15 pounds and feel disgusting.
i am also going to exercise as MUCH as possible.

  FAST STARTING TOMORRROW.

only green tea and water, fasting until february 12. then on 13 and 14 drink juices and soups.

will weigh on wednesday.

  i'm starting 2468 again tomorrow. wish me luck! i'm hoping to do a lot of exercise also, [running, walking, rowing, pilates perhaps?, and of course crunches]. i'm sick of binging. i can't control anything in my life right now and when i binge it just makes things SO much worse. anyway, my plan for the day is to ONLY eat yogurt. so that's 4 yogurts, [200 cals]. i will drink at least 3 cups of tea or coffee and drink plenty of water. :)
