i am going to aim for mostly water and green tea, to cleanse my system. i have literally gained 15 pounds and feel disgusting. i am also going to exercise as MUCH as possible.
i'm starting 2468 again tomorrow. wish me luck! i'm hoping to do a lot of exercise also, [running, walking, rowing, pilates perhaps?, and of course crunches]. i'm sick of binging. i can't control anything in my life right now and when i binge it just makes things SO much worse. anyway, my plan for the day is to ONLY eat yogurt. so that's 4 yogurts, [200 cals]. i will drink at least 3 cups of tea or coffee and drink plenty of water. :)
